The management team at CMV,LLC consists of a small group of highly motivated and qualified professionals with diversified work experiences in engineering, project management, grading, pipe, and heavy civil construction. Our superintendents and field staff are tenured guys with experience in mass earthwork, fine grading, storm water quality, underground detention, sewer, water, paving, concrete, and landscaping.
CMV experience works for you to save money and execute projects on time. Whether a competitive bid or a single source lot clear, the staff at CMV is constantly looking for ways to save our clients money and earn repeat business. We want to collaboratively solve problems and make recommendations on work flow, permit adherence, scheduling, material selection, and design—the things that save our clients money. Pat, with a background in clearing and grading, scrutinizes grading plans to determine the most efficient methods for moving dirt, while John, an experienced field manager, can make recommendations on pipe, contractor interfaces, and logistical issues.

Experienced Operations Manager specializing in large excavation jobs. Good field judgment with a track record of completing jobs on-time and within budget. Capable of running all equipment to complete site projects. Comprehensive construction experience allows contribution on all phases of projects to include clearing, sediment and erosion control, road grading, asphalt, service utilities, large diameter pipe, and project closeout. Hard worker that moved from West Virginia to pursue more challenging work in a better market.
