While we can lay pipe, mass grade, and haul rock as good as anybody in the Carolinas, where we set ourselves apart is how well we can fine grade, get acceptance for, punch out, and button up your site. CMV,LLC is a full service site development contractor that specializes in residential subdivisions, medical, municipal, commercial, church, and active adult projects. We are MWBE certified and a HUB verified vendor. CMV was built from the ground up as a company that is highly mobile and capable of executing many small projects (lot clears, basement digs, and pad preps) at the same time we are building a large subdivision or master planned community. We operate a small fleet of dump trucks, each capable of transporting medium sized equipment as well as a lowboy for the larger pieces of equipment. CMV holds an Unlimited license for Grading and Water & Sewer in South Carolina and an Intermediate license for Grading & Excavation in North Carolina.
