Demolition
Our crew is capable of tear down, destruction, breakup, razing or removal of the whole or part of a building or structure to prepare a site for new construction.
Entitlements
We can offer assistance with government approvals for re-zoning, utility installations, and use permits.
Engineering
Offer assistance & knowledge from past experiences to develop workable solutions to construct, renovate, repair, maintain and upgrade infrastructure including roads, water supply, storm water, wastewater collection, and storm water treatment. Our Engineering consultant is available for all projects, is licensed in North and South Carolina and has many years of experience working with developers, municipalities and utility companies.
Sedimentation and Erosion Control
We can provide effective erosion control and compliance reporting. Examples of some erosion control methods include: mulching, riprap aprons, silt fencing, construction entrance pads, sediment traps, sediment/detention basins, ditch check dams, culvert installation, re-channelization and armoring, and erosion control matting.
Grading
Our experienced team can provide excavating, filling, embanking, clearing, grubbing or agricultural clearing on public or private property.
Land Clearing
Services include the cutting and removal of existing vegetation without disturbance to the soil or destruction of the root system.

Hurricane and Emergency Response Services
An experienced group of CMV,LLC employees have extensive tree removal backgrounds stemming from their work locally and throughout the South. Not only do we utilize their experience in our day to day site work, whether it be resedential or commercial, we also depend on them to get the job done when traveling to storm sites. We have worked Hugo in Charlotte, Fran in Raleigh, Andrew in Florida, Ivan in Virginia Beach and most recently, Katrina in New Orleans. CMV is licensed, insured, approved by national insurance agencies, and ready to help if a storm strikes.
